Kristine Flanigan, Psy.D.

Dr. Kristine Flanigan is a licensed psychologist with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across a variety of clinical and educational settings. Her professional background includes specialized training and experience in eating disorders, developmental concerns, trauma, anxiety, and emotional wellbeing.

Throughout her career, Dr. Flanigan has worked closely with students and families in both school-based and community settings, giving her a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by today’s youth. She is passionate about translating psychological research into practical, accessible information that empowers individuals, families, educators, and organizations.

Dr. Flanigan is also known for her creativity, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to her work and presentations. As a speaker, she is recognized for her engaging, approachable style and her ability to make complex mental health topics both understandable and actionable.

Dr. Carly Poynter is a licensed psychologist with experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families across educational and clinical settings. She has specialized training and expertise in eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), developmental concerns, trauma, and emotional health.

Dr. Poynter has worked extensively with students from kindergarten through college and understands the academic, social, and emotional pressures that impact young people and their families. She is highly knowledgeable in evidence-based practices and is skilled at adapting her approach to meet the unique needs of each audience while remaining grounded in research-based recommendations.

Known for her warm and engaging presentation style, Dr. Poynter combines evidence-based knowledge with practical strategies that audiences can apply in everyday life.
